Information we process
We process account details such as name, email, role, authentication identifiers, purchased event references, transaction hashes, payment receipts, and technical session records needed to provide access.
Why we process it
Information is used to authenticate accounts, review manual payments, grant the correct match or VIP access, protect active sessions, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain financial records.
Cryptocurrency payments
Transaction hashes and wallet activity are visible on public blockchain networks. Payment receipts are stored in a private bucket and are opened through short-lived administrator links. Never include wallet seed phrases or private keys in a receipt.
Security
Sensitive server credentials are not exposed to the browser. Administrative routes require authentication and role checks, and sensitive API routes use request limits. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Service providers
VoiceFootball relies on infrastructure providers for authentication and data storage, hosting, and real-time audio delivery. They process information only as required to operate those services.
Retention
Account, access, and transaction records are retained while needed for service operation, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Payment receipts may be removed when they are no longer required.
Your choices
You may update your name and password, downgrade VIP access, or contact the administrator to request information about your account. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained.
